Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the E10 Print website and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who may use the Services
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. Where you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. Additional terms may apply to specific products or programmes we offer; those terms prevail for those offerings if they conflict with these Terms.
3. Accounts and security
Where registration is required, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ data, or the Services;
- Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or interfere with the Services;
- Use the Services to send spam, harassment, or misleading content;
- Scrape, data-mine, or automate access beyond what we permit in writing.
5. Product information and print disclaimer
Descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for general information unless expressly stated otherwise. Printed colours and finishes can vary slightly from screen previews; proofing and file preparation guidance do not replace your responsibility to check artwork before approval where offered. For specialist or regulated uses, seek appropriate professional advice.
6. Orders, fees, and payment
Where we offer paid services, prices and payment terms will be presented at purchase. You authorise us or our payment partners to charge the agreed amounts. Taxes may apply as stated at checkout or in your invoice.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including branding, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
8. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless E10 Print and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require additional notice.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
